Indices look tired. There is an excellent chance that SPX tests its 20 D-SMA sometime this week. My plan to do 1/2 of my 3rd buy as spx tags its 20 D-SMA intraday. For now I'm planning to do the second half of my 3rd buy after we successfully close above 20 D-SMA.
